Return and Refund Policy
We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process easy for you.
IMPORTANT!!!
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
- You have a max of 14 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 14 days after the receiving date. No returns made after 14 days from the receiving date will be accepted.
- Shipping is free on your 1st return for any order. You must use the shipping label we provide (See "How do I make a return?" section for details), then send back and postmark the package within 14 days from the purchase date.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request.
- The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
